Oliver Frayne is a Canadian student planner, currently on a four-month co-op placement with Creative Design + Planning. He is a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo, completing a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Planning, Honors.

Oliver has been in Perth since the beginning of September and is enjoying his time in Western Australia immensely. Since he has been here, Oliver has seen many areas of Perth?s inner city, suburbs and nearby rural towns.

He is impressed with the creative culture of Perth and is interested in how this innovative and entrepreneurial spirit will continue to shape the way Perth designs its city.
